These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Eligibility: Entrants must be resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and be aged over 18 years of age. Employees of Princes Ltd (the ‘Promoter’), their immediate families, agencies, associates, printers or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Offer excludes residents of the Republic of Ireland. Only one coupon available per person and only one email address allowed per person. No purchase necessary.

Promotion Period: Promotions open 5.2.19 and closes 2.4.19.

Entry Instructions: Entrants must visit www.princes.co.uk/cornedbeefpromo and enter their details (name, address and email).

Prizes:

500 coupons for Free Packs of Princes Corned Beef (340g can) per week for 8 weeks (4,000 coupons in total). The prizes will be awarded as coupons to the value of £2.50 to be redeemed in participating stores, subject to availability. Coupon valid until 31.5.19, further terms will apply. Winner selection. All eligible entries each week will be entered into that week’s prize draw along with all losers from the previous week(s). The winners will be selected via a random number generator.

Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email within 14 calendar days of each weekly draw.

Claim Instructions: To claim their coupon, entrants must then follow the instructions in the notification email.

General:

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

There are no cash or other alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. Prizes are not transferable in any circumstances.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.

A list of winners’ names and counties will be available by sending a SAE to Princes Corned Beef Winners List, PO Box 590, Preston PR5 6XU, before 30.8.19

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 calendar days) and refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes without the individual’s prior consent. Winners may be required to participate in publicity

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid disappointment.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
