Oven: For best results, cook from frozen. 210°C (Fan 190°C) for 18 mins. Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook until piping hot.
Remove all packaging, place on a plate, cover with film and defrost in a refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Preheat BBQ to a high temperature and then ensure you cook the product until piping hot all the way through.
