Infused Tuna in Chilli Oil
2 x 120g cans Princes Infused Tuna with Chilli
½ head Chinese leaves or sweetheart cabbage, finely sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
¼ cucumber, finely sliced
1 carrot, finely sliced
4 spring onions, finely sliced
A few fine slices of fresh red chilli
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Princes Infused Tuna in Chilli Oil is available in most Asda stores
1 Drain the cans of tuna, reserving the oil.
2 In a large salad bowl, combine the Chinese leaves or cabbage, peppers, cucumber, carrots, spring onions and chilli.
3 Mix together the lime juice and reserved oil. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Share the salad between 2 serving plates and top with the tuna. Drizzle with the dressing and serve
