  1. Drain the mango slices and roughly chop them. Place half into sealable container and store in the fridge up to 3 days.
  2. Place half of the remaining chopped mango into a bowl. Spoon over 2 tablespoons yogurt then add the rest of the mango
  3. Sprinkle over the seeds and coconut and serve!

Tip - use your favourite mix of nuts and seeds or try adding a few dried berries.
