As an experienced dietician and hard-working mum, Lucy understands the importance of fitting a good diet around busy daily life. Lucy regularly appears on TV to share her expertise, to help and encourage the people of Britain to eat well.

Known for her presenting roles including BBC1’s Eat Well For Less, Lucy is on a mission to show families across the country how to change their eating habits, proving there’s no need to break the bank in the process.

A regular face on daytime shows such as ITV’s The Titchmarsh Show and Loose Women, Lucy helps families find really simple ways of eating better, and is a firm believer that canned food is a great place to start!
