In a bid to eat less meat, almost 12 million (22%) Brits say they will follow a vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian diet by the end of this year. Whilst a meat free diet can help to reduce our carbon footprint, as well as shopping spend, embarking on any major diet changes can be tricky.
