1 large seeded or plain wrap

3tbsp houmous

Shredded lettuce

1tbsp finely chopped red onion

4tbsp chopped pepper (red, green or yellow)

A few drops of lime or lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 Lay the wrap on a work surface and spread the houmous on top.

2 Scatter the lettuce, red onion and peppers over the houmous, then top with the tuna.

3 Sprinkle with lime or lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Roll up, cut in half, then serve.
