Liven up your snacks with these deliciously different crispbreads.


Cooks Tips: 

Serve any excess fruit alongside, or cover and refrigerate (transfer from the tins first) and use later.

Try different varieties of crispbread, such as sesame seed, wholegrain or dark rye.

Just choose one of the crispbread toppings to keep things simple.

  1. Drain the cans of pineapple, mandarins and peaches thoroughly.
  2. Spread 2 crispbreads with peanut butter, 2 crispbreads with houmous and 2 crispbreads with soft cheese.
  3. Top the peanut butter with pineapple chunks and garnish with mint sprigs, if using.
  4. Top the houmous with cucumber slices and mandarin segments.
  5. Top the soft cheese with peach slices.
  6. Arrange on a platter or board and serve at once.
