Ingredients

1 x 140g can Princes Sandwich Tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ small red onion (or 3 spring onions), finely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
4 tbsp canned sweetcorn
8 slices wholemeal or granary bread
Butter, for spreading
A few crisp lettuce leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Mix the Princes Sandwich Tuna with the mayonnaise, red onion (or spring onions), tomato and sweetcorn. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the slices of bread with a little butter, then share the lettuce leaves between 4 slices. Top with the tuna mixture, spread it out and top with the remaining slices of bread.
  3. Slice in half and serve.
