Tuna Pinwheel Bento Box

Princes have partnered with Hellmann’s mayonnaise and Mission wraps to create the ultimate tuna mayonnaise wrap recipe, perfect for your school lunch box!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Mission Wrap, original
  • 1 tin Princes Tuna chunks in spring water, drained
  • 1 tbsp Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
  • 75g sweetcorn
  • 1 grind of cracked black pepper
  • 1 small carrot, cut into julienne slices
  • ¼ cucumber, cut into 1cm thick slices
  • ½ red pepper, cut into 1cm thick slices

To Fill The Bento Box:

  • 1 Princes juice box
  • Seaweed thins
  • Apple slices
  • Raisins
  • Edamame Pods

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Begin by adding the Princes Tuna Chunks to a bowl then add the Hellmann’s mayonnaise, sweetcorn and cracked black pepper and mix together until all combined.
  2. Next add the tuna mixture to the middle of an original Mission Wrap forming a sausage in the centre.
  3. Add the julienned carrot, cucumber and red pepper slices to either side of the tuna filling then roll the wrap up as tightly as you can. Add a little extra Hellmann’s mayonnaise to the end of the wrap to stick it together if needed.
  4. Slice the wrap into 9 x 2cm thick pinwheels then add them to the bento box then fill the rest of the compartments with your child’s favourite snacks, we’ve gone for seaweed thins, apple slices, a pot of raisins and some edamame pods as well as a Princes juicebox!
